Ringland, Norfolk

My clients wanted ‘wow’ factor for their front garden, which is sited in the beautiful Ringland hills. The traditional, red-brick cottage was extended to create a new main entrance and large, modern kitchen, with bifold doors that open to the front garden. The design included a porcelain paved terrace with seating area, oak raised beds with vibrant planting, including two large crab apple trees, a statement water feature, a lighting scheme, an extension to the existing fence and hedge to give privacy from the road, and slatted timber screening for the oil tank. Just a day after the plants went in, bees, butterflies, hover flies and shield bugs were busy in the borders.
